Campus Recreation and Wellness Supervisor
Supervisors are responsible for the overall supervision of their program areas which includes supervising specific programs, the facility and/or entry level staff.
Certified Group Exercise Instructor
Instructors must have experience in a group exercise setting, be certified through ACE, AFAA, ACSM, or other approved nationally accredited organization before applying, and be able to develop routines for teaching specific exercise classes at the Recreation Center.
Certified Personal Trainer
Personal trainers provide an individual fitness instruction to people desiring a program tailored to their needs and evaluate their clients' physical fitness to track a client's progress. Personal trainers MUST BE certified through ACE, ACSM, or other approved nationally accredited organization before applying.
Facility Supervisor
Campus Recreation and Wellness are looking for friendly, hardworking, energetic students to fill positions as Facility Managers. Facility Managers are responsible for facility operations.
Fitness and Wellness Manager
Managers will be responsible for managing Wellness Center programs and help coordinate events with other program areas. They supervise student staff in the Wellness Center and assist in the hiring, training, and evaluation of staff.
Fitness and Wellness Supervisor
Supervisors work to promote a healthy UB community. They are responsible for coordinating different fitness and wellness activities and events around campus.
Graphic Designer
A graphic designer produces visual solutions to the communication needs of CRW, using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness. Designers need imaginative flair, awareness of current fashions in the visual arts, working knowledge of the latest computer packages, and understand material costs and time limits, all of which can impact on the design.
Group Exercise Instructor Trainee
The Group Exercise Program is looking for students who want to become group exercise instructors for the CRW. The instructor will learn all of the various classes that the University of Baltimore offers and will be able to instruct/lead classes properly after a semester long training.
Intramural Scorekeeper
The Intramural Sports Program is looking for students to maintain score and time for various Intramural Sports games throughout the year. No experience necessary but highly preferred.
Intramural Sports Official
The Intramural Sports Program is looking for students to officiate various Intramural sports games throughout the year. Officials will be responsible for enforcing UB intramural policies and game rules.
IM Supervisor
Campus Recreation and Wellness are looking for hardworking, energetic students to assist with intramural programming. Intramural Supervisors help create and implement Intramural leagues, tournaments and activities.
IM Manager
The Intramural program is looking for enthusiastic leaders who will supervise all IM programs. Responsibilities may include hiring and training sport officials, scheduling supervisors and working with all staff to make the IM experience as safe, fun and productive for everyone.
Facility Attendant
Facility Attendant staff are the face of the University of Baltimore's Recreation and Student Centers. They are responsible for managing all front desk operations.
Recreation Center Manager
Management level employees are responsible for managing CRW programs and working with multiple program areas within the department. They supervise staff from all CRW program area and assist in the hiring, training, and evaluation of all staff.
